Who does Tech Support Call for Tech Support?
There is always a front-line for Tech Support, usually the first person you speak to. Then there are specialists for each division or product. Generally, there is a second Tier of support like a supervisor or manager. The second Tier has resources not available to the front-line support to contact the engineering department or submit a technical issue ticket request.
